I usually go to the cookie box on mid rivers but if you haven’t been to the big store on K, you are missing out. All the cookies are phenomenal, the service is top notch. Also, the big store has more selection!!! The lady behind the counter answered all my questions about gluten free ingredient list and super friendly.
Ordered Easter cookies again from The Cookie Box and they did not disappoint. My mother-in-law literally hid some for herself, and multiple people said they were the best cookies they’ve ever had. Will definitely be ordering again for our next event!
This is the only place I ever order cookies from! Jackie's talent for decorating cookies is amazing! I recently ordered 2 dozen cookies for our daughter's baby shower. I provided Jackie with several options thinking she would pick 2 or 3 designs. When I opened the boxes, I was excited to see that she choose several of the options I had provided her for the cookie designs! Jackie truly went above and beyond on this order. I took these to Kansas City for the shower and everyone loved them! We had a table of sweets, and the cookies were the only thing completely gone! Jackie provides excellent service and will work with you to make sure you get your cookies when you need them. She is also very honest, and if she can't meet the date you need, she will let you know up front. Plan ahead and order your cookies from The Cookie Box. You will not be disappointed! Best customer service, great tasting products and she will work with you to make sure you get the end product you request.
My family absolutely loves the cookie box! The decorated sugar cookies are delicious and look fantastic. I have ordered many of them for special events and our guests always love them. For the holidays this year I ordered a dozen of the snickerdoodle cookies and I think these might be my absolute favorite! Best cookie I've ever had! My kids always love her holiday cookies! The new shop in O'Fallon on Highway K is adorable and she is always stocked with great flavor options. Best cookies in town!!!
I can’t say enough good things about The Cookie Box! The custom cookies were absolutely stunning—almost too beautiful to eat (but I’m glad I did, because they were delicious). Cookies are delicious and so cute! Second time ordering from here for a "Grandma to bee" shower and they were such a hit! Also ordered Paw Patrol cookies for my son's birthday party and everyone loved them!
I ordered these cookies for a work open house. First of they were super cute and exactly what I had asked for to go with the theme. Secondly the cookies are delicious! The cookie was perfectly soft and the icing was just enough sweetness. They were a huge hit and highly recommend Jackie and her cookies!
Edited 10/2025: I ordered some custom cookies for some girls on my daughter’s tennis team. They were adorable and I know they were enjoyed! The Cookie Box makes beautiful cookies and they taste as good as they look! I ordered cookies for my daughter’s birthday from The Cookie Box in O’Fallon. It was arranged for pick up the day prior. Despite weather concerns, the cookies were ready for pick up and the owner even met me at the door since I had my son, who is disabled, with me. They were a huge hit with her friends and family! I 100% recommend The Cookie Box for all your cookie needs!!
Pre-Ordered sets of football theme cookies to bring to a SuperBowl party. The cookies themselves were amazing- great taste, fresh baked and soft, and decorated perfectly for the superbowl team. The only problem was trying to hide these awesome cookies from my family before leaving. Showed up to party with way less cookies than I started with :)
